Certificate in Homeopathic Mesotherapy/Biopuncture

Summary

Homeopathic Mesotherapy is relatively new to the UK but has been used for some years in Continental Europe. The courses offered by Turning Point Training are suitable for practitioners with a degree level qualification, or equivalent, in orthodox or complementary medicine.

We offer the Certificate in Homeopathic Mesotherapy/Biopuncture which can be studied over one & a half days.

Homeopathic Mesotherapy is a technique whereby remedies are applied via injections directly to an area of the body that is dysfunctional, encouraging the body’s own healing mechanisms. Some practitioners have likened the effect of applying remedies in this way to creating a turbo charge for the body’s healing processes. The technique is particularly effective for treating pain, chronic inflammation and degenerative changes. Students on the course will learn about injection therapy and the techniques used in Homeopathic Mesotherapy.

Prerequisite qualifications required are:

Applicants must be either a Doctor, Dentist, Osteopath, Chiropractor or Homeopath / Homotoxicologist. 

Course Structure and Methodology:

The Certificate in Homeopathic Mesotherapy is studied over one & a half days.

There are 6 elements to the course:

  1. Principles of Homotoxicology. Day 1
  2. Remedy structure and choice of remedies. Day 1, 2
  3. Injection basics: materials, indications, contraindications, safety and legal requirements. Day 1, 2
  4. Use of Homeopathic Mesotherapy in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Day 1
  5. Use of Homeopathic Mesotherapy in supporting organ function (visceral technique). Day 2
  6. Use of Homeopathic Mesotherapy (GUNA Method) in aesthetics: wrinkle treatment, bio-facelift, cellulite treatment and tissue toning. Day 2

Students are taught in small groups to allow plenty of one to one tuition and there is a strong emphasis on practical experience during the course.

Evaluation and Examination:

Students on the Homeopathic Mesotherapy courses are evaluated through continual assessment and examination. Those successfully completing the courses will be awarded a Diploma that is recognised by Balens, specialist holistic insurance broker.
